Roselmo immigrated to the Greater Boston area with his wife when he was 25 years old. He worked in housekeeping, the restaurant industry, and other jobs before switching to the construction field in September of 2001. Prior to this, he renovated his own home, which sparked his interest in the field and made him want to stay in the construction industry.
He began as an assistant onsite and 2001, got his General Contractor license in 2004, and became a supervisor in 2007. In 2013, he acquired his Home Improvement Contractor license. This was the same year he started Pessote Construction, Inc.
As of 2022, Roselmo now has 21 years of industry experience, and his company employs about 15 individuals and its constantly expanding.
In addition to be a business owner, Roselmo is also a father, husband, son, and proud dog-owner! Each year he goes back to Brazil to visit his extended family and make memories with his parents. He is devoted to his family, as he is to his work. Part of the reason he loves his chosen field is because he knows he can be part of the process of helping a family turn a house into their dream home!

Our subcontractors are fully licensed and insured, and we have partnered with them for several years. We also have an in-house crew specialized in framing, finish carpentry, painting, tile, and other services.
We are a construction company that has been in the market since 2013. We are locally owned and operated, fully licensed and insured, and our team is fully trained according to the Massachusetts’s regulations.
