When the homeowners of this Washington Street property reached out to Pessote Construction, their vision was ambitious yet grounded: transform a tired, traditional house into a clean, contemporary home—one that felt intentionally designed in every detail, from curb to cabinetry. They wanted a space that was not only functional for everyday living but also elevated in tone and texture—something that felt timeless, warm, and deeply personal.
More than a renovation, the project was a reinvention. Our team was brought in to reimagine both the structure and spirit of the home—introducing natural light, improving flow, increasing efficiency, and creating a cohesive aesthetic that aligned with the clients’ lifestyle. The bathroom was entirely reimagined as a personal retreat. We reconfigured the footprint to improve circulation and maximize space. A walk-in shower with frameless glass and large-format tiles serves as the centerpiece, accented by warm wood elements and matte black fixtures that strike a balance between modern and organic.
A floating vanity with underlighting and a quartz top offered subtle luxury, while radiant heated floors added a layer of comfort often unnoticed but deeply appreciated. The landscaping was reworked with simplicity in mind—framing the house without overpowering it, and giving it a crisp, finished edge.
